: We loved the location. Right by the bus stop and train track. It’s a bit noisy which can be bothersome if you’re a light sleeper. I’m a light sleeper but I was so beat after our hike that I slept like a rock but woke up early to the street noise and train.
: The staff gave us very misleading information on Machu Picchu. For example they told us that we can only be there for 2 hours. They didn’t seem to want to communicate with us which we didn’t understand why until we saw their interactions with tour guides. Turns out they prioritize the tour guides because they bring tourists in aka business. If you want customer service from them then go through a tour group or elsewhere.

Traveller Type: young couple
  : Location was good
: Some Staff on the front desk couldn't speak English. 5:00 am breakfast, nothing in the baie Marie, another day, 8:00 am, the baie Marie was off and the food cold. If the breakfast time is from 5 to 9, then the hot food should be available during this time period.
